Nydia Wilson is the proud founder of Necessary Journey 2gether, Inc.

With a Master’s degree in Psychology & Chrisitan Counseling and a Paradigm, 360 Life and Career Coach Nydia’s lifelong aspirations are to help single mothers in their quest to financial freedom, sufficient time to support children, and opportunities to build a healthy/balanced life.

As a single mother to two beautiful children, Nydia recognized and experienced discomfort, hardships, and moments when she felt overworked, underpaid, and perpetually stressed. Nydia’s children mean the world to her. They are the strength of her struggles. Her children kept her going on some of the hardest days of her life. They are her “why to her “what”. Throughout her life of trying to make ends meet; God placed many people on her journey to be a blessing to her and her children. Those people became the answer and solution to her family’s problems. She promised, God that one day she would in return do the same for others.

With the understanding that she would be given beauty for ashes, Through pain, she birthed triumph and decided that she never wanted to cross paths with another woman sharing a similar story without somehow positively impacting their life and not being able to provide a solution.

Born and raised in Shreveport, La, Nydia plans to start her impact within her community with the potential goal of expanding to other areas as needed with the ultimate goal of showing women that, life is hard, single-parenting may be challenging, and you may feel as if things will never change, but they can and will.
